Reservation Method

Reservations for our rental cars can be made through Carstay Co., Ltd. or via the Contact section on our website.
For reservations through Carstay Co., Ltd., please check the linked page, register as a guest, and complete your booking.

Please note that we do not accept reservations by phone or email.

Please note the following points when making a reservation through the “Contact” form.
Regarding reservations and payments:

1. Please be sure to read the Rental Car Terms and Conditions.
   　By completing the payment, you are deemed to have agreed to the terms.
2. Select the model you wish to rent. Click the model name to view the listing on the Carstay website.

3. Please fill in the following information in the inquiry form.
   　Name: The name of the person renting the vehicle
   　Email address: Please use an address you check daily, as it will be used for future communication.
   　Subject: Regarding Car Rental Reservation
   　Message body:
   　　(1) Desired rental model and options
   　　(2) Desired rental date and time (Our standard rental and return hours are 9:00–18:00, available every day)
   　　(3) Basic information other than your name and email address:
   　　　　・Address
   　　　　・If someone else will be driving, please include the second driver’s name
   *To rent a vehicle within Japan, you are required to present your passport and international driving permit.
   Please note that depending on your country or place of residence, you may not be eligible to rent a vehicle, so be sure to enter your address information when making an inquiry.
4. Once we reach an agreement on the rental conditions and costs via email, we will send you an invoice with a PayPal QR code.
   　Please complete the payment via PayPal within three (3) business days.

Full payment in advance within three business days is required.
If payment is not made by the deadline, we may proceed with another applicant, and the vehicle may no longer be available.
Please confirm with us before making payment. In case of an erroneous payment, a 10% handling fee will be charged.
Cancellations made up to 7 days before the rental date are free of charge. Please refer to the Rental Car Terms and Conditions for details.

We accept PayPal. You can make a guest payment even without a PayPal account.
