Classes and Rates
Our rental cars are currently limited to “kei trucks” (as of June 2024). Therefore, the rates are set according to the class and model, including “SUSHI STYLE (Matsu, Take, Ume),” “NINJA TOPPER,” and “Standard Kei Truck” (unmodified).
Note: We outsource our reservation site and agency services to Carstay Co., Ltd. and require a separate system usage fee in addition to the fees listed below.

・About the Classes
The classes are further divided into several variations.

・Please note that the rental car pick-up and return must be completed during our business hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM). If you are unable to return the car within these hours, please notify us in advance of the delay and provide your estimated arrival time. Upon return, additional late fees will be charged based on the table below.

・Cancellations made up to 7 days before the scheduled rental date are free of charge. Cancellations made 6 to 3 days before will incur a fee of 30% of the rental cost. Cancellations made 2 days to 1 day before will incur a fee of 50%, and same-day cancellations will incur a fee of 100%.
・It is possible to delay the rental start time or return the vehicle earlier, but no fee adjustments will be made in these cases.
・For customers who wish for vehicle delivery, we offer the service at the following stations/conditions/fees. Please note that the delivery service is only available during our business hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM).

If an accident, breakdown, or other issue makes the vehicle unusable during your rental period, a Non-Operation Charge will apply as follows:
- If the vehicle cannot be driven back at the time of return, a fee of ¥300,000 will be charged for distances up to 50 km from the scheduled return location. For distances over 50 km, an additional ¥10,000 will be charged for every 10 km.
- If the vehicle is driven back to the scheduled return location, a fee of ¥150,000 will be charged.
- If you receive a parking violation order and fail to pay it before returning the rental car, a parking violation penalty of ¥25,000 will be charged.

Note: This is an option, but since we do not know how you will use the equipment, we will rent it to you free of charge if you wish for the time being. However, we will not compensate for damages due to problems or defects during the free rental period.
For paid options, we will refund up to the rental fee for damages caused by malfunctions or problems. However, we will not compensate for any other damages incurred.
